What to do when you don’t know what to do

By my calculations we are just about to finish the first full two weeks of work this year. Hope things are going great and you are on your way to getting the results you want this year. If you are not sure….read on.

Would you hire a coach?

Do you need to work with a coach in your business to have a successful business?

Contrary to what most think, you do not NEED a coach. The very passion that fueled you to get into your own business can also help you have success.

However, should you WANT a coach?  It depends.

If you answer yes to these questions, you don’t need a coach.

  1. Do I have months or years to figure everything out on my own before I make the money I want?
  2. Do I have unlimited money and time to make many costly mistakes?
  3. Do I have the money that will be required to invest in my personal growth and skills to reach the level of business I want?
  4. Am I great at motivating myself and staying focused even when things aren’t working and are really tough?

Now, if you answer “yes” to the following questions, you may want to consider investing in a coach to help you.

  1. Would I like to see faster success, save money and time and speed the learning curve (taking a jet plane vs. a horse and buggy.)
  2. Would I be more successful having a coach (who knows their stuff) as my guidance, cheerleader, and accountability partner?
  3. Would I do better if I had someone who can keep me from getting overwhelmed, overworked and focused on doing the right things to ensure I reach my goals?

Now might be the time to investigate coaching as part of your growth plan.
